Our conference will prioritize holistic healing, addressing various aspects of women’s lives. We will provide workshops and sessions that focus on mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.
100 Healed was created years ago as a vow to help trauma survivors navigate the levels of healing and reclaim their power. Over the years, 100 Healed has grown into a diverse community of like-minded women who uplift and support one another and cultivate meaningful relationships, exchange ideas, and expand their network with inspiring individuals who are on the same journey toward self-empowerment.

A proud native of Selma, Alabama, Pastor Phineka Friend is a dynamic speaker and teacher. Thoroughly motivated by the idea of being able to impact people and turn hearts to God, Pastor Phineka approaches every message/ministry moment with an unique style that perfectly meshes her country parables with biblical truths. Whether in front of a few or thousands, the main objective is to inspire people to lean into their truest potentials and to ultimately experience God.
She and her husband, Pastor LaBryant Friend, are the Lead Pastors of Belong Church in Dallas, GA. Being an avid pusher of academics and a former educator, Pastor Phineka also holds a Bachelor Degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice.
Widely known and adored for her warm hugs and embraces, Phineka is revered by many as “Mother”. Though she is seen as a mother to countless people near and far, she is the proud mother of 4 beautiful girls, who are popularly known as “The Friendlettes”: Ashriel, Londyn, Amana, and Layel.
The summation of her life and testimony is captured in one scripture: Proverbs 31:30 –
“Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, but a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised!”

Dr. Matisa Wilbon is an educator, speaker and author. She currently serves in her local church as an elder and assists in the areas of ministry, leadership development/training and intercessory prayer. Dr. Wilbon earned her Master’s degree and Ph.D. in sociology from The Ohio State University and has a unique way of to transform families, communities and the church. Dr. Wilbon is an author who recently published a book on prayer entitled #Undefeated: Prayer Never Loses. Among other things, she shares the many miracles she has witnessed as a result of the power of prayer. This book is crafted to give readers an inside look into prayer’s undefeated status. Within the ring of life, prayer allows us to fight to win. Prayer never loses! Dr. Wilbon’s most important achievement is that of wife to her husband, Mr. Lawrence Wilbon (Business and Development Director at Father’s, Inc.) and mother to Deshawn and Taiya Wilbon. Above all, Dr. Wilbon is a servant of God who has dedicated her life to honoring Christ in everything she does.
Novica Olinger, is an author, speaker, certified relationship communication specialist, sexual-assault awareness advocate and survivor, ordained Elder and cofounder of Marriage Matters Today. She is a committee member of the Community Collaborative on Sexual Violence, and serves as the victim advocate on the Survivors and Families Work Group for the Ohio Linking Systems of Care project. She has worked in public service for over 23 years. Novica’s new book, “Against All Odds”, is a triumphant memoir of despair and overcoming. Her purpose is to encourage and inspire women to never give up but to fight for a better life to overcome their obstacles and to persevere until they come out on top! She has spoken at many sexual awareness events, conferences and workshops. Novica’s transparency empowers women to share their story and take steps to embark on their own journey of healing; transforming lives in so many people from social services to survivors and their families. She is an influencer in her community and a pillar in her organization. Novica is quick to share her faith but also has great confidence in following practical proven methods of healing mentally through counseling and group therapy. Novica is all about helping you to shatter stereotypes that come to hinder who God has designed and called you to be. Novica’s message is enlightening and transforming.
Known as ‘The Dream Ambassador’ to many, Emem Washington, is a multi-passionate creative entrepreneur who has overcome major life challenges, including miscarriages, stillbirths, being told she would no longer be able to conceive, a failed marriage, and foreclosure, to name a few. She is the author of “Rise from the Shadows: Overcome Your Past, Reclaim Your Voice, Live Your Light” and the co-author of the anthology “Women of Purpose” and has been blessed to speak on local, national and international platforms. She shares from her heart, blending her legal, entrepreneurial, familial and spiritual experiences into real and relatable advice, inspiring women to uncover and live out their God-given purpose. She has a special way of connecting with, and bringing together, people from different walks of life. She is married to Cedrick Washington and is the proud mother of 2 wonderful sons.
A: As part of our conference experience, it is mandatory for all registrants to book and stay at the designated hotel where the conference is being held. This policy ensures convenience, networking opportunities, and optimal participation in all conference events. Failure to stay at the designated hotel may result in the cancellation of your conference registration.
A: All conference payments are non-refundable. Once the registration fee is
submitted, it is considered final and cannot be refunded for any reason, including cancellations, no-shows, or changes in personal circumstances.
A: Transfers and Substitutions:
Registrations for the conference are non-transferable. If you cannot attend the conference, you cannot transfer your registration to another individual without prior approval from the conference organizers. Substitutions may be allowed in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the organizers.
A: The conference registration fee does not include any additional expenses,
such as hotel incidentals, meals outside of the provided conference meals, transportation, or personal expenses incurred during your stay.
A: The conference organizers and related entities shall not be held responsible for
any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience incurred by attendees during the conference, including but not limited to travel delays, accidents, or theft. Attendees are advised to secure appropriate travel insurance and take necessary precautions for their personal well-being and belongings.
